Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items that are customized, discounted, or part of final sale/clearance are not eligible for return.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@cantonfashionltd.com with your order number and details.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size/item.

  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team before sending back the item.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before processing begins.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
